Handbuilt, one of a kind Buell Chopper that was once rumored to be constructed on a national television show (without proof, I'll leave you to do some Google searching.....). This was done using a 1998 Buell White Lightning, using it's original fork, brakes, and engine assembly. The engine has cams, a screaming eagle big twin carburetor conversion, and a big bore kit (as reputed from previous owner). The original iteration had both 17 inch rim and tire combos from the Buell, however I changed things up a bit. The bike was constructed using a Rowe Softail chromoly frame that is beautiful, using forged polished aluminum components and steel, melded together with aircraft fasteners. The rear suspension is air, with an on board compressor. The switches are hidden on the oil tank, just behind the rear cylinder in easy reach by your left hand while riding. The oil bag, fuel tank, and rear fender are all custom. The front suspension is a WP inverted Buell Fork, with 6 piston caliper brake, and a custom 23 inch front wheel with billet chrome hub, custom spacers, and a 120/70/23 brand new radial tire (along with Carlini Bars, Carlini gauge mount, Carlini billet hidden wiring cover, and custom Accutronix triple trees for tank clearance). The rear tire is a 180/55ZR17. The motorcycle has just been to the dealer to get a new battery and tune up, and is currently parked in the showroom for local people to view. When the front wheel was done, all Buell controls and master cylinder were replaced with Harley chrome controls and self cancelling turn signals. The brake and clutch lines were also replaced. Due to some life issues, all of these modifications to an already stellar custom motorcycle were never used. The motorcycle is parked at Tri Sports Honda in Brunswick, Maine, and I would direct ALL QUESTIONS to me, as the staff has little knowledge, and is simply allowing the motorcycle to be parked there for easy access and viewing. The bike is in the window for viewing after hours. The original front 17 rim, fender, and triple trees will come with the motorcycle in the event you'd ever like to change it back. I have a billet rear 17 solid forged wheel that can also come with it depending on the price that the motorcycle sells for. Shipping is at the buyers expense, there are several reputable companies that will do this for reasonable. will assist in making sure the motorcycle is shipped (at buyers expense), and photos are taken at the time of shipment.
