HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO BE THE LUCKY WINNER OF THIS NO
RESERVE AUCTION FOR A VIVID BLACK 2013 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLTRX ROAD GLIDE CUSTOM! This Harley is loaded with a strong running
103 cubic inch motor, 6 speed transmission, black forks, black mini apes, 19”
Enforcer front wheel, LED CVO headlights, diamond stitched and gator custom
seat, cruise control, Arlen Ness air breather, 4 point rear docking hardware
with chrome stealth rack, 5” extended saddlebags, highway pegs, progressive
rear suspension, plus more! The tires are
in good condition with about 65% tread remaining on the front and rear. We received this Harley with a salvage title
from damage to the front fork tubes, and rear and front fenders. The fairing, saddlebags, and seat were also
missing. There was no damage to the engine
or frame, so it was an easy repair that we stand behind 100%. And assure you that it is ready to go with
its new owner anywhere with a new rebuilt title! The battery was down when it
was sold at auction, so the miles could not be read. We believe the miles are original, but the
title has been marked as “Not Actual Mileage”.
It has been through our service and we are pleased with the way it
rides, drives, shifts, stops, and sounds. It will also come with a new
state safety inspection. So, please bid to win and definitely bid with
confidence!
Since we are a Texas Dealer, buyers in Texas will be
responsible for the standard Tax, Title, and License fees. Out of state or International buyers will be
responsible for a $96 fee above the
purchase price that covers the Texas state inspections, paperwork, and costs
associated with converting the title from a Salvage title to a Rebuilt
title. This will make it so that the
vehicle can be tagged and legally put on the road and will also make for a much
smoother registration process in your state or country based on our years of
experience selling all over the United States and the world.
There will be no problem to
register the bike in your State, and we can provide all the needed
assistance for a smooth transaction. We have done lots of rebuilt title bikes
for our customers and we have not encountered any difficulties.
We
want our customers to love their new bike and make it their own. So, if the high bidder has any requests for
addons or modifications, we will do what we can to make it happen with minimal
cost to the customer.
Please be aware that
reflections can sometimes appear on the paint or chrome pieces that may look
like imperfections on the bike. If you
notice something on the bike that isn’t mentioned in the description, please do
not hesitate to message or call us for confirmation.
The
high bidder will be very happy with this purchase since the bike starts, runs,
drives and stops without any issues. We test drive every one of
our bikes for road and highway driving, and our test driver was satisfied with
the way it rides. The auction winner will have all the time they need to
test ride the bike prior to finalizing the sale. If there are any issues that
come up during that time we will gladly reimburse the deposit and will not hold
them responsible for the sale. We are confident about the bikes we sell but the
high bidder has the final word and we want everyone to be happy with their
purchase and create a long term relationship with return customers and
referrals.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. North Star Motorcycles will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by North Star Motorcycles as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with North Star Motorcycles.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
North Star Motorcycles will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
