Hi and welcome to the regrettable sale of my 2005 GSX-R1000. As we all know from every other advert, the K5 is the one to have, so Iwon’t bore you by repeating this endlessly throughout although it certainlyis the absolute truth. It made the other thousands on the market look datedwhen it was released real step forward in bike development and design atthe time. This one also has all the modifications you’ll be wanting to doalready done for you. Have look on any forum or website and you’ll see how common it is, not to mention how worthwhile. HPI clear. Plenty of paperwork for the majority of the previous services, valve clearances adjusted in 2013. It also has nearly new set of PirelliSupercorsas with only few hundred miles on them. The bike is absolutelyawesome. It handles and turns in as well as, if not better, than the ZX6R hadpreviously, yet has the torque required to complete overtakes easily andquickly without having to drop down two gears. It’s in absolutely lovelycondition too, bar small amount of paint flaking off the rear wheel, and theodd small scratches and dinks you’d expect from an 11 year old bike. I’d bekeeping it if could, but I’ve now bought another weekend car andunfortunately can’t justify having two toys. It should be mentioned that thebike is on an 08 plate, which points to it being an import and the DVLA cockingup when it was registered here. However, it is completely HPI clear andtherefore makes little difference, as the bike should be judged on itscondition. Call or text Tom on 07887 [hidden information].
